All orders are processed within 3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, shipments may experience slight delays. Kindly allow additional time for delivery.

We currently ship to Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking information will be active within 24 hours after the email is sent. If you do not receive a tracking number within this time, please contact us at awrans@awrans.com.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged goods until the claim is resolved.
6. International Shipping
For orders placed outside of Europe, the Middle East, or Asia, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied once the package reaches the destination country. The recipient is responsible for any additional charges related to customs clearance. AwRans Clothing has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
