Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing AwRans Clothing. We are committed to providing you with a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Address
Our products are shipped from multiple fulfillment centers around the world. Therefore, please do not send returns to the original shipping address.
After you contact us to request a return, we will provide you with the correct return facility address based on your specific order. The address provided is to be used exclusively for approved product returns. Please do not send any other correspondence to this address.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a replacement or refund as necessary.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at awrans@awrans.com.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
However, if you are returning an item because it was defective, damaged, or because you received the wrong item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this return and refund policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
